About The Program
Tri-County Project Care is a nonprofit organization that was started in 2002 by Dr. Robert "Casey" Fitts. Our mission is to improve the health status of South Carolina by providing access to quality, affordable health care for working uninsured adults.
Tri-County Project Care's community-based, prepayment program is formed around existing area primary and specialty care, hospital and clinic providers who have agreed to care for working uninsured adults at a discounted rate.
The provider network and outside funding enables qualified individual and small business enrollees to receive comprehensive, coordinated care for a nominal fee.
